under absolutely NO circumstances are any of these blacklisted toyhou.se users allowed to own, be sold, traded, or gifted a design created by me: floofiichu, baebyfrog, Wayaismissing, Waffle_Adozy, poko14

if you sell/trade/gift a design of mine to any of the previously stated users, you will be added to my blacklist.

i own the rights to post any artwork or designs made by me. (note: if requested, i can add a visible watermark over a commission or custom before posting it)

any artwork or designs made by me will be credited to my toyhouse, “dezzi”, unless i request otherwise; if so, you can link my amino account.

i’m entitled to refuse a commission if i don’t want to do it, am unable to, or for any other reason. i’m only going to draw what i want/will enjoy, and can be a little picky !

i will not accept any refunds after i’m more than 25% done with a commission.

payment for commissions and customs will be sent either before i begin or at the halfway point.

anyone who owns a design by me is entitled to change the design however they want, but as long as it still resembles the original design, it must still show credit to me.

when receiving a custom, i’ll send updates to the commissioner and change anything to their liking, but i’ll stop making changes once i have begun lining unless they’re related to the coloring.

you can sell/trade my designs whenever you want for however much you want once you have acquired them.
